# NFC Customer Application Support Engineer (m/f/d) **Gratkorn** | **Full time** **The main tasks are:** * Responsible for Automotive NFC Reader support (CCC Digital Key Readers) * Support technical design-in and lead customer projects * Provide technical support to customers and internal teams, including troubleshooting and application guidance. * Prepare Application-Notes and technical support materials including technical product trainings * Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and root cause analysis for hardware issues. * Develop close relationship with the worldwide technical support network **Your Profile:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. * 5+ years of experience in hardware design and development, preferably in a senior or lead role. * Proficiency in Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout. * Strong understanding of EMC/EMI design principles and regulatory standards (e.g., FCC, CE). * Hands-on experience with NFC technology and wireless charging (Qi or proprietary standards). * Familiarity with RF design, antenna integration, and power electronics. * Experience with simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, HFSS, CST). * Knowledge of embedded systems and microcontroller interfaces. * Basic C/C++ knowledge * Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment. * Flexible to travel up to max 20% **What can you expect?** Contract: This is a fulltime position with a permanent contract.
