- •Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- •Strong project management skills, including scope, schedule, and budget management
- •Ability to navigate and lead within a global matrix organization
- •Experience in change management and user adoption strategies
- •Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- •Excellent communication and leadership skills
- •Willingness to travel internationally as needed
- •10-15% domestic/international travel required

- •Lead the global rollout of the NextGen MES PharmaSuite solution at manufacturing sites
- •Ensure alignment with each site's strategic milestones
- •Facilitate collaboration between local and global teams across various functions
- •Define and execute an integrated deployment plan
- •Establish effective project governance
- •Lead steering meetings with site leadership
- •Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- •Ensure implemented solutions adhere to global standards
- •Develop change management strategies and training plans
- •Create a sustainable support model post-implementation
- •Manage the scope and schedule of the deployment
- •Partner with site project leaders and various functions within the manufacturing site
- •Drive the execution of an integrated site rollout plan
- •Establish and lead project governance cadence
- •Manage day-to-day activities for the project team
- •Ensure the MQuEST program delivers on time and within budget
- •Drive collaboration with global MQuEST solution architects and support teams
- •Manage project financials to ensure budget compliance
- •Drive cross-program collaboration with other NextGen programs
- •Gain a strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes
- •Develop technical knowledge of the PharmaSuite solution
- •Support the adoption plan for PharmaSuite with site leadership
- •Implement the support model for the site
- •Share learnings and adopt best practices with program leadership
- •Coach and mentor team members and project leaders
