•Master’s degree in chemistry, material, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
•Possession of a disability certificate of 33% or more is valued

•Serve as the main point of contact between departments
•Create and define necessary schedules
•Organize and manage task-force collaboration
•Ensure intermediate products meet specifications
•Identify potential risks and trade-offs in development
•Drive timely decision-making with key stakeholders
•Conduct Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis
•Assist in Failure Modes and Effects Analysis
•Prepare detailed analyses of process gaps
•Coordinate Design of Experiments and material sampling
•Steer the release process for materials and components
•Organize troubleshooting activities for material changes
•Support the manufacturing facility to achieve yield rates
•Supervise tasks and analyze results for improvements
•Make decisions regarding production deviations
•Advocate conclusions and coordinate defined solutions
