•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
•Strong experience with Hyperscaler networking
•Experience managing networking for SAP solutions
•Experience implementing security on AWS
•Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot on Cloud
•Implement security requirements across Cloud platforms
•Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment

•Track significant problems and monitor performance.

•Improve network concepts based on customer feedback.
•Respond to escalated customer requests promptly.
•Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
•Participate in deep-level incident troubleshooting.
•Prepare and execute complex changes.
•Perform hardware installations and troubleshooting.
