About the job:

• Installation and troubleshooting (remote and/or on-site) for our customers in the field of enterprise network and security, focusing on products from Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, and Alcatel

• Independent project implementation from planning to operational support

• Support the sales team in presales activities and preparation of proof of concepts

• Create documentation for customer workshops and training sessions

• Take on tasks in the area of managed services

• Opportunity for further specialization in WLAN and security

• Ensure long-term and collaborative relationships with our customers

• Willingness to participate in an on-call group

Who you are:

• You live in bits and bytes, and layers 1 through 7 are your daily bread

• At least 5 years of professional experience and in-depth knowledge in the areas of routing, switching, network architecture, and Cisco Catalyst

• Advanced knowledge in the area of firewalling and WLAN

• A CCNP or equivalent certification

• Strong communication and customer orientation as you will be in direct contact with customers

• Willingness to travel (a company car with 100% private use is provided. The field service share is about 50%, the rest is mobile office)

It Would Be Optimal If You...:

• Have ITIL knowledge or certification

• Have knowledge in the area of Aruba/Alcatel switching

• Possess Fortinet NSE 5+ or FCP certification

Deine Aufgaben:

• Installationen und Troubleshooting (Remote und/oder vor Ort) bei unseren Kunden im Bereich Enterprise Network und Security, mit Schwerpunkt auf Produkten von Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet und Alcatel

• Eigenverantwortliche Projektumsetzung von der Planung bis zur Betriebsunterstützung

• Unterstützung des Sales-Teams bei Presales-Aktivitäten und Vorbereitung von Proof of Concepts

• Erstellung von Dokumentationen für Kundenworkshops und Schulungen

• Übernahme von Aufgaben im Bereich Managed Services

• Möglichkeit zur weiteren Spezialisierung auf WLAN und Security

• Sicherstellung einer langfristigen und partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden

• Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Rufbereitschafts-Gruppe

Was du mitbringen solltest:

• Du lebst in Bits und Bytes und Layer 1 bis Layer 7 sind dein täglich Brot

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung und tiefgehende Kenntnisse im Bereich Routing, Switching, Netzwerkarchitektur und Cisco Catalyst

• Erweiterte Kenntnisse im Bereich Firewalling und WLAN

• Eine CCNP oder eine adäquate Zertifizierung

• Kommunikations- und Kundenorientierung, da du im direkten Kundenkontakt stehst

• Reisebereitschaft (Hierfür wird ein Dienstwagen mit 100% privater Nutzung gestellt. Der Außendienstanteil beträgt ca. 50%, der Rest ist Mobile-Office)

Optimal wäre, wenn…:

• ITIL-Kenntnisse oder Zertifizierung mitbringst

• Kenntnisse im Bereich Aruba/Alcatel Switching hast

• Fortinet NSE 5+ oder FCP Zertifizierung besitzt
