Anforderungen
- •Substantial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in oncology, immunology, rare diseases, or similar therapeutic areas
- •Proven experience in key account management with ownership of a defined territory
- •Strong understanding of account ecosystems, including clinical decision-making processes, hospital formularies, procurement, and pathway management
- •Ability to manage complex stakeholder networks, including key opinion leaders, oncologists, pharmacists, and payers
- •Language skills: German and French mandatory with Italian or English in addition
- •Previous experience of selling products in Oncology
- •Experience in gastrointestinal oncology is a strong advantage
- •Demonstrated success in launching products or driving uptake in specialized therapeutic areas
- •Previous Key Account Manager experience
- •High level of scientific acumen, strategic thinking, and commercial drive
- •Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field, or equivalent

- •Maintain understanding of local market dynamics and treatment pathways
- •Analyze account data and key performance indicators for opportunities
- •Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
