Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • •3+ years of experience in video and photo production, social media content creation, and platform management
  • •Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) or equivalent tools
  • •Solid understanding of LinkedIn and other social platforms' best practices for organic and paid content
  • •Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals
  • •Excellent eye for detail in both visual design and messaging
  • •Experience using AI platforms for content creation like Synthesia
  • •Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing metrics is a plus
  • •Fluency in English; German is a plus
  • •Customer centricity and willingness to travel to customers and events, travel time 5-10%
