- •Completed vocational training in a mechanical trade, ideally polytechnic, industrial mechanic, or similar
- •Experience in aviation or high-precision mechanical environments
- •Precise, structured, independent, and quality-focused working style
- •Strong teamwork, communication skills, and operational flexibility
- •Ability to work efficiently under time pressure and in a 2-shift system
- •Motivation for continuous professional development and aviation certifications
- •Good German and English skills; solid IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP/ERP advantageous)

Deine Aufgaben
- •Assemble and disassemble engine gearboxes and components according to manufacturer specifications
- •Perform general mechanical assembly tasks on engine and gear systems
- •Inspect and document components for accuracy and damage
- •Read and apply technical documentation, including Maintenance Manuals (AMM, CMM)
- •Support process improvements and implement new technologies using Lean methods
- •Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and internal quality and safety standards
- •Assist adjacent departments with inspections, logistics, and repair coordination
