Anforderungen
- •Associate, bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Tool Design, or related field
- •Mold Design Certification or Tool & Die background (strong plus)
- •5+ years of experience in mold design
- •Hands-on mold making experience (plus)
- •Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks)
- •Understanding of mold construction, materials, and manufacturing
- •Familiarity with mold flow simulation tools (plus)
- •Knowledge of machining, EDM, and CNC processes
- •Problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- •Attention to detail and accuracy
- •Ability to work independently and in teams
- •Management of multiple projects under tight deadlines

- •Design 3D and 2D mold components using SolidWorks

- •Specify cooling systems, gating systems, and mold features
- •Prepare detailed drawings and bills of materials
- •Troubleshoot mold design issues during and after production
