•Technical degree and several years of experience in automotive development
•Specific knowledge in refrigerants, heat pumps, thermodynamics, and manufacturing processes
•Very good knowledge of automotive development processes such as FMEA, APQP, and 8D
•Strong quality and cost awareness
•Assertiveness and confident demeanor with customers
•Strong communication skills and team orientation
•Intercultural competence and high flexibility
•Commitment and willingness to travel
•Very good English skills in line with international requirements
•3+ years of professional experience

•Coordinate technical details with internal and external development partners
