Anforderungen
- •Master’s Degree
- •Substantial experience in business development projects with emphasis on strategic and financial analysis
- •1 – 3 years of professional experience
- •Experience with channel partners on sales growth in healthcare and complex stakeholder management
- •Experience in Market Intelligence, Strategic Analysis, Business Model Development, Business Case Development, Financial Analysis, and Partner/M&A Target Selection
- •Structured, conceptual thinker with entrepreneurial mindset
- •Strong problem-solving skills
- •Experience working in cross-functional teams and strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills
- •Ability to work independently
- •Excellent analytical and communication skills
- •Proven experience in leading large, strategic, and multi-functional project teams in complex organizations
- •Experience with contractual negotiations and managing strategic partnerships preferred
- •Full business proficiency in German and English; excellent oral and written communication skills including impactful presentations

- •Drive new business opportunities for Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics
- •Focus on growing the Diagnostic Cardiology Solutions business in DACH and CEE
- •Create and implement growth strategies in collaboration with customers and partners
- •Contribute to the go-to-market strategy for ePatch and Cardiologs
- •Analyze health systems, market sizes, reimbursement landscapes, and competition
- •Drive multiple new business initiatives and gather marketing intelligence
- •Compose value propositions and create business models for new opportunities
- •Conduct financial analyses and engage in deal-making with strategic partners
- •Accountable for achieving order intake, sales, and margin targets for AM&D
- •Develop and execute the go-to-market plan for AM&D solutions
- •Analyze market growth potentials in DACH and CEE and other European zones
- •Manage Sales Enablement activities with AM&D partners in Europe
- •Drive development and performance management of channel partners in DACH
- •Build visibility for the AM&D business in DACH and CEE market organizations
- •Represent DACH and CEE in communication with the global AM&D team
- •Lead cooperation with Global and International Markets AM&D teams
- •Ensure successful New Product Introductions with the AM&D Global business team
- •Serve as the central contact for the AM&D portfolio in DACH and CEE
- •Manage stakeholder relationships with local commercial organizations
- •Provide market insights and review value propositions during product development
- •Integrate Philips ECG Solutions portfolio across marketing and business models
