## Job Description
We are on the lookout for **Mid-level/Senior Fraud Prevention Specialists** to join the **Global Fraud Prevention Team** at Central Fintech on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. Be part of building the financial backbone of Delivery Hero. You’ll develop products that empower millions of customers and merchants, from seamless payments to innovative financial solutions like wallets and credit. Your work will support our path to profitability by creating financial flexibility for users and enabling smooth transactions across our markets.
* Monitor relevant Fraud KPIs on a daily basis and conduct analysis on spotted abnormalities (incl. collaboration with Data Analytics Team), Use those insights to apply changes to our automated system to keep our fraud prevention up-to-date
* Develop a strong understanding of the main fraud KPIs and processes across all Delivery Hero brands and closely collaborate with brand-level fraud prevention teams. Define and improve fraud KPIs, procedures & process flows
* Be the trusted expert for fraud related issues across internal functions (i.e. local Business Leaders, Marketing, Finance, Product, Legal)
* Communicate technical and functional requirements to Product Managers, Recommend scalable processes for changing transaction patterns
* Take ownership for fraud related KPIs: define goals and drive everything to keep them on track, Plan and schedule project goals, milestones and deliverables and drive them to success
* Support the launch of new payment methods or features with advice and support on fraud matters, Implement industry best practices and even bring them to the next level
## Qualifications
* 2-4 years (Senior: 4+ years) of professional experience working in fraud prevention and actively managing an automated fraud prevention system (ideally for a high transaction volume e-commerce or financial business)
* Experience in processing data coming from various different sources and proficient at translating data into actionable insights
* Data querying skills with SQL or BigQuery is a strong advantage
* Proven experience with owning business related KPIs and achieving OKRs
* Self-starter with an ability to work with cross-functional teams around the world and deal with complexity in a dynamic environment
* Fluency in English with clear and structured communication skills
**Nice to have**
* Familiarity with Python or other scripting language is nice to have
