Anforderungen
- •Experience in methodologies definition for engineering and project offices
- •Experience in engineering data management (DMA/PLM4A/Catia) and structuring of engineering bill of materials
- •Knowledge of engineering design and project way of working
- •Understanding of industrial processes (PLM, PDM, GSI, AOS, ADS) for interfaces and co-engineering
- •Ability to manage simultaneously curative and structuring activities
- •Experience of working in a diverse and international environment
- •Proactivity in anticipating risks and opportunities

- •Drive business process efficiency through engineering methodologies
- •Continuously improve toolsets for enhanced performance
- •Enhance end-to-end data flow across departments
- •Ensure compliance with the Engineering Management Handbook
- •Act as the interface between engineering, IS&T, and central M&T
- •Capture Métier needs and formalize functional specifications
- •Support development of new solutions with IS&T
- •Deploy methodologies among the key user network
- •Lead key user network meetings and provide Level 2 assistance
- •Study and maintain methodologies for Alstom tools usage
- •Propose and validate alternatives with Métier as needed
- •Establish use cases and end-to-end stories with Métier
- •Define functional validation plans and integration interfaces
- •Pilot User Acceptance Tests with selected key users
- •Consolidate test status and propose workarounds
- •Assess impact on ecosystem and data flow
- •Evaluate change effort and define deployment plans
- •Set associated progress KPIs
- •Consolidate training kits and train trainers on methodologies
- •Allocate training needs for the site
