Medical&Clinical Affairs PMO&Transformation Manager(m/w/x)

In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming Medical and Clinical Affairs by leading initiatives, supporting strategic decision-making, and enhancing collaboration across teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve planning, executing, and improving processes to achieve business objectives.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor's/Master's degree in Medical/Scientific Field, Nursing, Business, or equivalent
• •Over 5 years of experience in Medical and Clinical Affairs or Project Management
• •Strong understanding of medical affairs and cross-functional collaboration
• •Excellent communication, organisational, and facilitation skills
• •Highly organized and business-driven attitude
• •Analytical thinking, solution-oriented, and problem-solving skills
• •Ability to engage with stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
• •Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools
• •Fluency in English (German or another European language is an advantage)
