**Medical Science Liaison (all genders) Radiology Germany - East**
As a Medical Scientific Liaison (all genders) you serve as the primary scientific expert in Radiology, providing strategic scientific advice to internal and external stakeholders in Germany. You disseminate scientific and educational information, engage with Thought Leaders through innovative tactics. As an MSL you drive medical and brand strategy in collaboration with local and regional partners, ensure all materials are scientifically approved. Additionally, you contribute to the generation of clinical evidence for Radiology products and facilitate healthcare professional involvement in educational forums, including advisory boards and CME.
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
* You proactively identify and develop long-term peer-to-peer relationships with TLs and other relevant stakeholders
* You deliver meaningful medical and scientific discussions, presentations, data exchange, and education
* Driving field medical activity and gathering as well as sharing relevant strategic insights is part of your role
* You engage with healthcare professionals at relevant local meetings and congresses and take responsibility for organizing advisory boards
* Translating the local medical plan into actionable TL engagement strategies with cross-functional teams is your responsibility and key to driving the medical strategy
* You provide medical support on internal projects such as pre-launch activities, reimbursement processes, dossier development, and commercial campaigns
* Educating and training cross-functional partners (e.g. Sales and Marketing) on product data and Radiology Suite knowledge is part of your role
* You scientifically review and approve all Radiology related materials and external communications, and advise cross-functional teams using your medical and scientific expertise
* You document and process medical information queries in alignment with local Medical Information handling procedures
**WHO YOU ARE**
* You bring a strong scientific or medical background — you are a qualified physician, pharmacist, or hold a high-level degree in natural sciences
* Ideally, you already have experience working in Radiology or the Medical Device business
* You have several years of experience of being a Medical Scientific Liaison and/or Advisor in industry or other Medical Department’s roles
* Building networks and managing stakeholders effectively is one of your strengths
* You demonstrate business acumen, operate confidently in cross-functional settings, and understand how marketing and sales functions work in the pharmaceutical industry
* You work in a goal-oriented way and know how to prioritize in the interest of the company — your behavior reflects Bayer’s values
* You have high willingness to travel
* Very good German and English language skills round off your profile
