Anforderungen
- •Accredited doctorate degree in life-science or basic-science discipline
- •Advanced health degree and extensive industry or clinical experience
- •Ability to understand and communicate scientific information
- •Minimum 1 year of MSL experience
- •Success managing stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams
- •Proven strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- •Strong written and oral communication skills
- •Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- •Ability to maintain relationships in the medical community
- •Ability to build constructive relationships with internal team members

Deine Aufgaben
- •Drive country medical activities aligned with regional initiatives
- •Manage medical scientific stakeholders proactively
- •Create value for patients through stakeholder engagement
- •Compile and analyze high-quality medical communications
- •Prepare and deliver scientific communications per plans
- •Create and execute stakeholder engagement plans
- •Support the Global Brand team in local medical tactics
- •Provide input to HQ and regional plans as needed
- •Organize scientific advisory boards with key stakeholders
- •Support medical scientific aspects in local and regional activities
- •Provide feedback to HQ during Business Development Due Diligence
- •Deliver inputs for head office-led medical programs pre-launch
- •Coordinate Investigator Sponsored Studies at the local level
- •Manage medical information inquiries with MA/SMA and HQ
- •Attend local, regional, and global congresses to represent Sobi
- •Interact with stakeholders and customers at events
- •Represent scientific interests in internal and external forums
- •Maintain relationships with scientific societies and decision makers
- •Advise on medical matters and their legal implications
- •Stay updated on therapeutic trends for new and existing products
