- •Previous experience working with LIMS

- •Perform laboratory tests and analyses per standard operating procedures
- •Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
- •Prepare reagents for laboratory testing
- •Conduct and document laboratory quality control procedures
- •Identify and report issues affecting test performance
- •Review analytical results
- •Assist in training new laboratory personnel
- •Participate in testing and validation of new laboratory equipment
- •Maintain data protection and patient privacy regulations
- •Support inventory management of laboratory supplies
- •Communicate effectively with coworkers and management
- •Address issues with non-laboratory personnel with guidance
- •Assist in reviewing and editing standard operating procedures
- •Help prepare for laboratory inspections
- •Report quality or safety issues to management
- •Participate in Quality Assurance activities
- •Foster a positive work environment
