  • Basic Laboratory molecular pathology experience
  • Ability to speak and write in German or willingness to learn
  • Working knowledge of laboratory accreditation regulations
  • Basic laboratory automation skills
  • High volume laboratory experience
  • Previous experience working with LIMS

Deine Aufgaben

  • Perform laboratory tests and analyses per standard operating procedures
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
  • Prepare reagents for laboratory testing
  • Conduct and document laboratory quality control procedures
  • Identify and report issues affecting test performance
  • Review analytical results
  • Assist in training new laboratory personnel
  • Participate in testing and validation of new laboratory equipment
  • Maintain data protection and patient privacy regulations
  • Support inventory management of laboratory supplies
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and management
  • Address issues with non-laboratory personnel with guidance
  • Assist in reviewing and editing standard operating procedures
  • Help prepare for laboratory inspections
  • Report quality or safety issues to management
  • Participate in Quality Assurance activities
  • Foster a positive work environment
  • Integrate feedback professionally
  • Prioritize quality and results
  • Demonstrate teamwork skills
