Anforderungen
- •Associate's Degree or QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Electrical
- •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- •Minimum 2 years experience in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
- •Sound knowledge of CMMS and MS Office
- •Additional certifications are a plus
- •Compliance with company’s safety policy
- •Compliance with company’s quality policy
- •Knowledge of PLC Programming and electrical work
- •Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic/pneumatic drawings
- •Ability to interact with suppliers, customers, and external contractors

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage maintenance and repair of moulding equipment
- •Liaise with external contractors for equipment maintenance
- •Utilize the preventative maintenance system according to guidelines
- •Troubleshoot equipment and plant problems with Production Managers
- •Establish relationships with customers and suppliers for improvement
- •Schedule and facilitate internal meetings to set priorities
- •Resolve customer-related issues with the Quality department
- •Research and implement new maintenance processes with vendors
- •Instruct and train employees on new manufacturing processes
- •Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations
- •Support Lean Sigma programs to achieve set targets
- •Perform additional duties as requested by the manager
