Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- •Strong proficiency in 3D CAD, Autodesk Inventor preferred
- •Several years of experience in mechanical design for complex systems
- •Proven ability to deliver complete mechanical designs, drawings, and assemblies
- •Experience in vacuum system design, cleanroom procedures, laser system integration, high-precision mechanical assemblies, and design expertise in stability, vibration minimization, and thermal management
- •Hands-on, practical engineering approach with strong problem-solving abilities
- •Effective team player, adaptable to evolving requirements
- •High attention to detail and quality in engineering work
- •Excellent communication skills and self-motivation in a fast-paced environment

Deine Aufgaben
- •Develop detailed 3D CAD models in Autodesk Inventor
- •Prepare manufacturing drawings, layouts, and assemblies
- •Create engineering documentation and BOMs
- •Design concepts, prototypes, and visualization assets
- •Support assembly and installation of laser components
- •Align optical mounts and vacuum systems
- •Work in cleanroom settings during integration activities
- •Participate in mechanical fit checks and design-build cycles
- •Troubleshoot onsite during assembly processes
- •Integrate laser subsystems and optomechanical assemblies
- •Assemble large- and small-format optics and vacuum chambers
- •Install feedthroughs and pumping systems
- •Develop diagnostic and target delivery systems
- •Ensure designs meet mechanical stability and thermal management standards
- •Assist with infrastructure installations for the LIDT system
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
- •Support procurement activities and liaise with vendors
