Mechanical Engineer RD&E(m/w/x)

In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to develop innovative, customer-focused solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading technical designs, managing projects, and ensuring effective communication across departments to enhance productivity and sustainability.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related technical discipline
• •5+ years of experience in research, development, engineering, or digital/technology related environment
• •2+ years of multifaceted project management experience
• •Problem solving and critical thinking skills
• •Effective oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• •Demonstrated situational awareness and conflict resolution
• •Strong leadership presence with ability to influence and empower others
• •Self-starter with strong initiative and personal accountability
• •Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• •Commitment to traveling for customer interaction and field testing
• •Curiosity and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• •Lean Six Sigma certification
• •Working knowledge of industrial systems/control systems
• •PLC/Industrial protocol communication experience
• •Experience designing sensors
• •Experience with equipment design and managing specifications
• •Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software
