Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related technical discipline
- •5+ years of experience in research, development, engineering, or digital/technology related environment
- •2+ years of multifaceted project management experience
- •Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- •Effective oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- •Demonstrated situational awareness and conflict resolution
- •Strong leadership presence with ability to influence and empower others
- •Self-starter with strong initiative and personal accountability
- •Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- •Commitment to traveling for customer interaction and field testing
- •Curiosity and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- •Lean Six Sigma certification
- •Working knowledge of industrial systems/control systems
- •PLC/Industrial protocol communication experience
- •Experience designing sensors
- •Experience with equipment design and managing specifications
- •Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software
