- •University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- •Several years of experience in mechanical project management on construction sites
- •Proven experience managing large, complex mechanical systems installations
- •Expertise in mechanical systems used in data centers
- •Experience with Owner’s Representation and working with clients and contractors
- •Strong understanding of mechanical design and systems integration
- •Excellent project management skills
- •Proficient in construction management software and tools

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead mechanical pre-construction activities
- •Act as the main contact for mechanical client concerns
- •Ensure timely and budget-compliant mechanical construction
- •Oversee installation of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- •Align mechanical designs with project intent and client expectations
- •Support design teams with constructability and localization
- •Ensure compliance with building codes and safety protocols
- •Provide technical guidance for regionally relevant contract documents
- •Select and procure contractors and vendors
- •Supervise mechanical subcontractors and suppliers for quality compliance
- •Maintain on-site presence for inspections and supervision
- •Lead commissioning of mechanical systems for operational performance
- •Manage project closeout and handover of mechanical systems
- •Advise clients and protect their interests throughout the project
- •Identify and mitigate risks related to mechanical systems
- •Enforce quality control and adherence to local regulations
- •Approve subcontractor invoices and monitor work schedules
