Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- •Profound knowledge of bonding/bonded repair technology, key process parameters, and surface characterization techniques
- •Experience in project management
- •Motivation to collaborate with universities and research institutes and coordinate subcontracted work packages
- •Ability to lead and influence in an international, interdisciplinary, and potentially remote environment
- •Strong delivery-oriented mindset with the ability to exceed customer expectations
- •Negotiation level in English
- •Willingness to travel (up to 25% of working time)
- •Awareness of potential compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity
