KWS Berlin GmbH is looking for a proactive and detailed-oriented candidate as a **Material/Production Master Data Management Associate (m/f/d)** in **Berlin**. In this role you will play a vital part in the efficient management of master data records, provide support in project management and process improvement. The position will focus specifically on managing and governing product-related data, ensuring smooth operations supporting KWS Business Units globally.
This job is **full-time** (38h/week)**, hybrid**(40% home-office) and **limited to 2 years** with possibility for extension.
**Your Responsibility:**
You will be responsible for maintaining Master Data in the SAP system while adhering to standards and governance to ensure data is compliant with defined policies and quality requirements. In this role, you will also support business users in all relevant aspects, while facilitating the standardization, digitalization, and automation of the processes. You will cooperate with key internal stakeholders, including Production, Operation Planning, Portfolio Management, Sales, Production Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other departments to ensure business continuity and efficient processes and will participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions in continuous improvement master data management.
**Your Tasks:**
* Execute data changes in SAP ERP as requested by the business and perform mass updates as required;
* Create, approve, maintain and change Materials, Bill of Materials (BOMs), Work Centers, Routings and Production Versions/Varieties;
* Complete tasks in the work queue as assigned according to agreed SLA;
* Research and provide guidance on complex master data elements related to regulatory requirements;
* Serve as a subject matter expert with content, processes and procedures associated with SAP MM and PP modules;
* Initiate and carry out regular data quality activities to ensure high level compliance and consistency of master data;
* Create and maintain standard operating procedures and training documentation and perform end-user training;
* Identify, report and resolve data quality issues through root cause analysis;
* Support KWS migration activity performing the necessary tasks during the roll-out (knowledge transfer, system integration and testing, activity transfer, user training);
* Support and implement data management methodologies that support KWS business initiatives.
**Your Profile:**
* Academic degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain or any other related field;
* Solid experience in **Material Master Data Management (MMDM) and/or Product Master Data Management (PMDM)** or Product Lifecycle Management Systems;
* Relevant experience in preparing, reviewing, and submitting the BOM, recipes, work centers, varieties, and routing requests;
* Experience in methodology of **project management**;
* Experience in **SAP ECC and/or S4H**;
* Proficiency in MS Office products, including expert use of MS Excel. PowerApps and Power BI knowledge are an advantage;
* Autonomy, multi-tasking, detail-oriented profile;
* Process driven, with solution oriented mindset ;
* Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills;
* Innovative and sustainable mindset;
* Fluency in English (written and spoken), any other language (e.g. German, French, Cyrillic) is a plus.
