Master Thesis in the Development of an ESG Assurance Concept within Internal Auditing(m/w/x)

## Job Description * During your thesis you will develop a risk-based CSR audit concept for ensuring an adequate implementation in an industrial environment. * You will compile worldwide regulations and frameworks, along with relevant CSR internal governance elements. * Furthermore, you will benchmark and analyze existing audit concepts (e.g. industries, IDW, IIA). * Finally, you will create a risk matrix including different risk types and a prioritization proposal. ## Qualifications * **Education:** Master studies in the field of Internal Auditing or comparable with very good grades * **Experience and Knowledge:** in internal audit standards, ICS, RMS and CMS; confident use ofMS Office; knowledge about sustainability reporting, sustainability, CSRD, ESRS and taxonomy * **Personality and Working Practice:** you are communicative, able to quickly process new information, plan tasks independently, and communicate effectively within the team * **Enthusiasm:** for taking new paths * **Languages:** very good in German or English ## Additional Information **Start:** according to prior agreement **Duration:** 5 months Requirement for this thesis is the enrollment at university.
