With your creative, collaborative, and structured approach, you drive our marketing efforts forward and play a key role in positioning Trench Group as a leading company in sustainable energy transmission. | | | | | | | --- | --- | | Icon | Your Tasks: * **Development & implementation of marketing initiatives:** You support the creation and implementation of our communication strategies and campaigns. * **Creation of marketing materials:** You independently create texts and visual formats for our website and various distribution channels. * **Stakeholder & customer management:** You advise internal stakeholders and customers regarding feasibility and timelines and coordinate project management tasks. * **Creation & coordination of advertising materials:** You contribute to the development and agency briefings and coordinate with external service providers for the production of marketing materials. * **Data analysis & reporting:** You analyze key metrics and create reports to evaluate the effectiveness of our activities. * **Marketing operations:** You support operational marketing tasks such as trade show logistics, ordering business cards, company clothing, and promotional items, and act as the SAP contact within the team. * **Surveys:** You create and evaluate surveys to gain valuable insights. * **Digital Asset Management (DAM):** You develop, implement, and coordinate our DAM system and take responsibility for its application. | | | | | --- | --- | | Icon | Requirements: * **Education:** Completed studies in marketing, communication, or a comparable qualification. * **Professional experience:** Initial professional experience in the field of marketing, including independent content creation. * **Skills and competencies:** Creative and analytical thinking, proficient use of MS Office and Adobe products.
