Anforderungen

  • •7+ years in performance marketing, digital lifecycle marketing, or B2B retention/growth marketing
  • •Demonstrated success in designing and executing campaigns targeting installed base customers
  • •Strong experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and content creation
  • •Data-driven decision making and passion for crafting compelling messaging and campaigns
  • •Hands-on executor with a bias for action
  • •Natural collaborator thriving at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product
  • •Fluency in English with ability to work on-site at least 3 days/week

  • •Design and implement a scalable marketing program for the installed base across EMEA
  • •Create customer lifecycle programs for renewals, cross-sell, and upsell
  • •Build and manage automated campaign flows based on data and behavior
  • •Craft compelling content tailored to existing customer needs
  • •Develop segmentation strategies to personalize messaging and offers
  • •Align campaigns with product teams for timing and relevance
  • •Track performance of lifecycle campaigns, including renewal rates and ROI
  • •Identify drop-off points in the customer journey and optimize content
  • •Run A/B tests and iterate messaging for continuous improvement
  • •Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing with account engagement
  • •Work with product managers on upgrade paths and feature releases
  • •Create shared KPIs and reporting dashboards for installed base marketing
