**Marketing Manager - Europe (Leadership Track)**
**Location:** MPS Schaffhausen, Switzerland (On-site)
**Reporting To:** Director, Corporate Marketing and Brand Management
**Drive European Growth with Our Global Team**
As a strategic leader in our Schaffhausen hub, you'll combine technical market expertise with marketing vision to build our brand across Europe. Collaborating with our global Marketing team, this role blends hands-on execution with leadership development in a high-impact, low-ego environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Strategic Execution**
* Develop and execute localized marketing strategies for embedded technology markets (digital, content, partnerships)
* Own end-to-end performance marketing (paid social, SEM, email) with data-driven optimizations
* **Plan and execute high-impact events (including B2B trade shows, product launches, and customer experiences)**
* Localize campaigns/web content for **technical audiences**
* Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with industry players
* Conduct competitive/market analysis to uncover growth opportunities
**Leadership & Collaboration**
* Partner with US and EU teams to align regional and global strategies
* Mentor junior marketers (future team growth planned)
* Analyze **industry trends** (automotive, industrial, computing) to identify growth opportunities

**Professional Experience**
* 5+ years B2B marketing experience, preferably in:
