## Marketing Manager (gn) **🤩  What will you do** Build and grow our Growth Marketing engine to the next level. We have built data importing solutions with massive scaling potential, and need a Marketing Manager in the B2B SaaS arena to drive our initiatives. Work closely with our marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams to position our startup as a leading AI SaaS company in Europe. In this role, you’ll lead our growth marketing efforts and support our content marketing engine, empowering countless companies to streamline their operations and boost efficiency. **You will:** * **Develop a deep understanding of our market and target audiences**, uncovering the best channels to captivate and engage them. * **Design and optimize multi-channel campaigns** that generate a robust pipeline, working hand-in-hand with marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams. Your arsenal may include search engine campaigns, social media, email, ads, events, etc. * **Develop and implement lead nurturing tactics** that guide prospects through the sales funnel. * **Leverage new insights** to continuously elevate our multi-channel strategy, ensuring we achieve our goals together. * **Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)**, devise optimization strategies, and share relevant metrics with the growth team. **🎉 What success looks like in this role** * **3 months:** You’ll take ownership of our Google and LinkedIn ad strategies, optimizing them for pipeline generation. * **6 months:** You’ll be leading the charge with multi-channel campaigns, crafting strategies, running experimentations, and aligning teams. * **12 months:** Your efforts will have made a significant, measurable impact on pipeline generation, playing a crucial role in nuvo’s overall success. ## Requirements **🔎  What are we looking for?** * Education in **business, marketing, or a related field** (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) * **3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing**, preferably at an early-stage startup with a sales-led motion * Proven track record in **building impactful multi-channel campaigns** across all buying stages * **Strong communication and writing skills** in English * **Well-organized with strong attention to detail**, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously * **Self-reliant and proactive**, taking initiative to drive nuvo forward * **Tech-savvy** and passionate about transforming data to make it universally understandable * You are **based in Germany** — you can work remotely or at our offices in Hamburg and Berlin **Nice-to-have** * Familiarity with product management and developer personas, and the data integration industry * Strong German skills are a big plus, but not a must ***Please note:*** *We understand that certain individuals may hesitate to apply for a job unless they fulfill all the listed requirements.
