Anforderungen
- •Experience in B2B marketing, ideally with industrial/manufacturing customers or B2B SaaS products
- •Proven track record in digital performance marketing and lead generation
- •Solid experience with content marketing and high-quality content creation
- •Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CMS tools
- •Customer-first thinking and impactful storytelling
- •Data-driven mindset with performance analysis and optimization
- •Ambition to grow within a high-performing B2B marketing function
- •Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
- •Excellent language skills in English and German
- •Willingness to travel occasionally for trade fairs and events in the DACH region

Deine Aufgaben
- •Own the B2B marketing plan across key channels
- •Collaborate with Sales and Customer Operations Teams to align with customer demands and sales targets
- •Build and scale lead and demand generation programs for industrial manufacturing customers
- •Develop a strong understanding of products and buyer personas
- •Translate complex topics into clear, compelling messaging
- •Set up, run, and optimize performance campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- •Maintain and improve tracking and reporting for traffic, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline impact, and ROI
- •Partner with Sales to enhance website and landing pages through A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- •Create high-quality content including blog posts, LinkedIn posts, landing pages, newsletters, whitepapers, case studies, and webinar materials
- •Build and manage email and nurture journeys in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success
- •Select and coordinate fairs, webinars, and customer events for the marketing calendar
- •Work with external agencies and freelancers while remaining hands-on in key digital channels
