## Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop, manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities in the EMEA region for Power Electronic business units.
* Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
* Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
* Conduct market research to identify top players in various segments, tacking of competitors, and market size.
* Acquire a deep understanding of the business-units markets and customers, market drivers, customer motivations, and concerns, potential solutions.
* Further development and enhancement of Web Marketing and coordinate implementation.
* Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and results.
* Define and lead market development strategies and tactics.
* Participate in conferences, trade shows, marketing campaigns, and professional associations as required.
* Support responsible salespersons.
## Qualifications
* Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field in Marketing.
* 10-15 years of experience in Marketing.
* Product Marketing experience is a must.
* Excellent command of English and German is required
* Advanced knowledge on MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. MS Dynamics skills are a must.
