Anforderungen
- •Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- •Relevant experience in internal communications, preferably in international B2C environment or Dairy Farming
- •Strong strategic and editorial skills
- •Excellent written and spoken English; German is an advantage
- •Experience working across cultures and organizational levels
- •Confident, proactive, and collaborative personality
- •Familiarity with digital communication tools and employee engagement platforms

- •Align divisional topics with external communication activities
- •Support management communication from divisional leadership
- •Provide board-level coordination for communication
- •Create engaging content for internal platforms
- •Act as a trusted advisor on communication matters
- •Provide strategic and editorial guidance
- •Foster an open and collaborative communication culture
