Our Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) team is dedicated to delivering innovation that improves and extends the lives of PH patients worldwide.
We are currently looking for a **Marketing Lead - Pulmonary Hypertension (m/f/d)** in a full-time and regular position.
**Responsibilities:**
* Analysis of the local market and identification of commercial opportunities based on customer insights and market analysis
* Participation in regional brand meetings, understanding and translation of the global product strategy into local priorities and a local integrated business plan
* Development of digital campaigns, initiatives and materials in strong cooperation with our digital and data department
* Support of sales teams with the help of an excellent franchise strategy as well as excellent marketing material.
* Field visits to obtain market feedback or individual visits with relevant stakeholders aimed at co-developing materials or implementing specific programs
* Forecasting & tracking of product sales and expenses
* Allocating resources and managing budgets
* Participating in or leading cross functional workstreams of various natures
* This position includes leading 1 or 2 direct reports

**Qualifications & Experience:**
* University Degree in business or life sciences from accredited university
* Experience in Product Management and/or Marketing, ideally in prescription market segment

* Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral in German and English)
