## Job Description
**Your Mission 💡**
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our Automotive Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Customer Engagement Manager. In this role, you'll support the team in setting up and managing personalised, multi-channel marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement and contribute to business success.
You’ll bring your curiosity, organisational skills, and willingness to learn into a fast-paced, collaborative environment where experimentation and continuous improvement are part of our everyday work. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Growth and CRM Marketing while working with modern marketing tools and real use cases.
**Specifically, you will:**
* Support the Automotive Marketing Team in executing CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns
* Assist in setting up, testing, and optimising campaigns within our Customer Data Platform (CDP)
* Document existing use cases and help build structured documentation for future marketing initiatives
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data and Product, to understand campaign requirements and workflows
* Perform basic analysis on campaign performance and user engagement to help with improvements
* Translate business goals into marketing briefs and support operational rollout
* Help ensure marketing communications are aligned with our brand and resonate with our German-speaking customers

## Qualifications
**What will you bring to the ride? 🚀**
1. Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in **Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field**
2. Strong interest in **digital marketing, CRM, and customer engagement**
3. Comfortable working with **marketing tools** and willing to learn platforms like Bloomreach, Salesforce, etc.
4. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
5. Strong communication and documentation skills
6. **Fluent in German** with excellent written and verbal communication skills (Italian or French is a plus)
7. A basic understanding of marketing metrics and customer journeys is a plus
8. Curious, eager to learn, and excited to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
