Anforderungen

  • •Master’s degree in data analytics, marketing, business administration, or similar, or Bachelor’s degree plus relevant professional experience
  • •Several years’ experience in marketing analytics
  • •Sound understanding of marketing processes and KPIs
  • •Excellent knowledge of tools to measure marketing success
  • •Great communicator and presenter
  • •Strong analytical thinker
  • •Sound industry experience in B2B, especially life sciences or complex products
  • •Business fluent English spoken and written, German a plus

  • •Integrate datasets across multiple data sources
  • •Develop KPIs and tools to measure marketing success
  • •Define corrective actions for campaigns and product launches
  • •Create and maintain actionable reporting dashboards in Tableau
  • •Capture marketing insights to measure performance
  • •Analyze customer behavior to support business strategy
  • •Liaise with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to define the analytics roadmap
  • •Drive enhancements around analytics capabilities for the division
  • •Further develop the marketing analytics tech stack
  • •Support global collaboration on analytics measurement and partnership
