If you're looking for a role where your expertise can directly impact patient access to innovative treatments, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
At Lundbeck, we are expanding our focus into neuro-rare diseases, building on our legacy in neuroscience to bring transformative therapies to those who need them most. This role is pivotal in ensuring optimal market access for our current portfolio while laying the groundwork for future launches in this evolving space.
If this mission resonates with you, we invite you to bring your expertise and passion to Lundbeck as our new Market Access & Pricing Manager for Switzerland & Belgium.
**Your new role**
Facilitate and maintain optimal market access for Lundbeck’s products in Switzerland and Belgium, with a focus on strategic oversight and deep knowledge of the regulatory and reimbursement frameworks in both countries.
In Switzerland, you will ensure compliance and engagement with SwissMedic for regulatory approval and BAG for pricing and reimbursement. In Belgium, you will navigate the FAMHP for regulatory approval and CRM for pricing and reimbursement.
As Market Access & Pricing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the right patients get access to Lundbeck’s medicines. You will secure valuable relationships and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring Lundbeck remains visible and relevant in these key markets.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:

* Developing and leading the implementation of market access strategies for existing products and new products in the neuro-rare space.
* Preparing for Lundbeck’s future entry into neuro-rare diseases by shaping market access strategies and identifying opportunities to address unmet needs.
* Maintaining market access for Lundbeck products on optimal terms across Switzerland and Belgium.
* Analysing and interpreting country-specific market access systems to identify strategic opportunities and gaps.
* Developing and implementing engagement plans for interactions with key market access stakeholders (HTA, payers, patients, clinicians).
* Shaping, developing, and implementing pricing strategies, including support for local negotiations to maintain target pricing and secure reimbursement.
* Operational Support, including:
* Assisting local teams in Switzerland and Belgium with brand value communication tools and training.
* Ensuring compliance with regulations for plans and submissions.
* Supporting the preparation of local reimbursement documentation (HTA dossier, model, BI model).
* Facilitating patient access in Switzerland and Belgium.
* Stakeholder Engagement and Insights:
* Securing payer insights for market access plans, value propositions, and global insights through payer advisory boards and other sources.
* Guiding interactions with key external market access stakeholders in Switzerland and Belgium.
You will be part of Lundbeck’s International Operations, working closely with teams in Switzerland and Belgium. Our lean organization fosters agility, efficiency, and a collaborative spirit, enabling us to respond swiftly to market changes and deliver impactful results.

This position is based in Zurich, Switzerland.
* What you bring to the team
* Proven experience in market access and pricing within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Solid knowledge of EMA regulations as well as SwissMedic and BAG requirements in Switzerland, and FAMHP and CRM requirements in Belgium for pricing and reimbursement.
* Experience in market access strategy development and familiarity with rare diseases, particularly in neuro-rare spaces.
