Anforderungen

- •At least 8 years of experience in the Maritime industry or 1 year experience in steel and paint inspections in ship’s new building projects
- •Extended knowledge of cruise ship operation and marine systems

Deine Aufgaben
- •Oversee nautical inspections and design development
- •Maintain Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI) Safety Standards
- •Assist the Marine Superintendent in budget observation
- •Attend official shipyard inspections, including steel and deck outfitting
- •Inspect surface preparation, paint application, and firefighting systems
- •Evaluate fire detection, navigation, lifesaving, safety, security, and medical equipment
- •Coordinate with shipyard, suppliers, consultants, and Disney Cruise Line Operations
- •Collaborate with the onboard Disney Cruise Line Deck Department
- •Provide feedback on maintenance opportunities for new builds
- •Ensure compliance with International rules and regulations
- •Assist with nautical aspects during official shipyard meetings
- •Support planning for the Start-up Operations Team
- •Coordinate with the Captain and Staff Captain during Sea Trials
- •Work with the Logistics Superintendent on Nautical Owners Furnished Equipment
- •Perform additional duties as delegated by the Marine Superintendent
