• •Perform difficult specialist tasks in mechanics and optics.
• •Assemble devices and systems per assembly drawings.
• •Read and interpret technical and assembly drawings.
• •Install optical components in mechanical systems.
• •Adjust optical components using testing equipment.
• •Install and test electronic components in systems.
• •Apply joining technologies like gluing and screwing.
• •Conduct surface treatment and paint touch-ups.
• •Handle mechanical measuring and testing devices.
• •Use opto-mechanical testing and adjusting equipment.
• •Perform adjustments with accuracies up to 1 µm.
• •Utilize PC for adjustment and final inspection.
• •Conduct final inspections according to specifications.
• •Provide technical guidance to colleagues and temporary workers.
• •Repair equipment in the Cross Match Technologies range.
• •Service Livescann systems and their peripherals.
• •Perform regular maintenance on Livescann systems.
• •Troubleshoot using multimeter and oscilloscope.
• •Conduct assembly work for component replacements.
• •Perform precision mechanical work on components.
• •Execute soldering work under ESD protection.
• •Conduct bonding work with company adhesives.
• •Apply surface coating as needed.
• •Clean and adjust optical systems.
• •Work in a clean room environment.
• •Carry out endurance test runs on equipment.
• •Perform final acceptance and testing on equipment.
• •Document work performed and results achieved.
