Anforderungen
- •Education or training in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemical Engineering, or related field
- •Experience in microbial or mammalian cultivation, or protein purification
- •Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- •Fluency in English; German is a plus
- •Basic understanding of GMP is an advantage

- •Perform upstream or downstream manufacturing activities following cGMP guidelines
- •Troubleshoot equipment and evaluate test results
- •Recommend solutions for equipment issues
- •Support safety and environmental monitoring
- •Conduct cleaning risk assessments
- •Prepare and maintain documentation, including batch records and SOPs
- •Review production documents and support deviations
- •Assist with change requests and CAPAs
- •Contribute to capital investment projects
- •Commission new equipment
- •Train manufacturing staff on equipment and standard operations
