- •Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Quality Assurance
- •3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing Quality, Process Quality, or Production Quality roles
- •Professional Certifications: Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
- •Strong understanding of manufacturing quality standards, inspection/testing procedures, and industry regulations
- •Hands-on experience with inspection tools, measurement systems, and adapting devices for manufacturing testing
- •Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards
- •Familiarity with reliability testing, qualification processes, and corrective action methodologies
