Anforderungen
- •Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
- •Bachelor/Master in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or Food Science
- •3-5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals operations in a GMP environment
- •Experience in biotech or pharma processes, including sterile processes, USP, DSP, solution preparation, single use, CIP/SIP processes
- •Willingness to learn
- •Can-do attitude
- •English and German language skills preferred

Deine Aufgaben
- •Operate automated production equipment for recombinant products
- •Support compliance, scheduling, and material management
- •Assist with change controls and investigations
- •Contribute to CAPA and operational excellence initiatives
- •Support project teams in designing and commissioning new production lines
- •Facilitate the start-up of new production lines
- •Execute daily manufacturing activities in USP, DSP, or support areas
- •Prepare media and buffers, and clean and prepare equipment
- •Serve as the first point of contact for training and troubleshooting
- •Maintain Work Instructions and SOPs in the area
- •Investigate Manufacturing Excellence initiatives for smooth operations
- •Define robust process parameters during manufacturing campaigns
- •Participate in New Product Introduction activities
- •Ensure training and compliance records are up to date
- •Commit to Thermo Fisher Scientific values and ethical standards
- •Take accountability for presence, performance, and productivity
- •Adhere to EHSS legal requirements and policies
- •Contribute to EHSS initiatives and report near misses
