Anforderungen
- •Higher technical education in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
- •Several years of proven professional experience in a comparable environment
- •Solid experience in product transfer to series production
- •Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
- •Strong technical problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- •High level of initiative, structured working style, and hands-on mentality
- •Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

- •Provide technological support and consulting to development and design departments
- •Act as the primary contact for all manufacturing technology topics
- •Oversee the technical transfer of new products into low-volume, high-mix production
- •Introduce innovative manufacturing technologies in collaboration with department heads
- •Continuously improve manufacturing processes for quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
- •Implement automation and digitalization in manufacturing processes
- •Define, validate, and document manufacturing processes and work instructions
- •Support the production team with technological and process-related issues
