As a (Senior) Manager (m/f/d) within PIMCO Prime Real Estate’s global Transactions Services Finance team you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions to a diverse global clientele. In this role, you'll take ownership of transaction-related financial and accounting matters, working at the crossroads of finance, strategy, and execution. **Key Responsibilities**
* Take full ownership of transaction-related financial and accounting aspects for global real estate transactions.
* Lead and manage financial due diligence for real estate acquisitions and divestments, including direct and indirect equity transactions across complex international structures and platforms.
* Negotiate critical financial terms in SPAs, JVAs, and other agreements, focusing on purchase price principles and related clauses.
* Review and support financial modeling for acquisition and disposition structures.
* Document technical IFRS and local GAAP accounting assessments, ensuring clear implications and smooth handover to post-deal investment and accounting teams.
* Oversee post-deal integration, restructurings, and address technical accounting issues during the holding phase.
* Support the establishment and set-up of new funds (equity and debt) with technical accounting and financial considerations.
**Key Requirements**
* At least 5 years of professional experience in an international audit/consultancy firm or M&A department with a focus on financial due diligence.
* University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Extensive knowledge of accounting regulations according to IFRS and German commercial law.
* Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
* Proficient in MS Office; experience with Argus Enterprise/Taliance is advantageous.
* Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to distill complexity into actionable insights for clients and stakeholders.
* Target-oriented and hands-on approach, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt swiftly to new challenges.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills, coupled with a collaborative team spirit.
* Additional qualifications such as WP, CPA, CA, CFA are desirable.
