Deine Aufgaben

• •Lead the test operations team of 8 to 10 engineers
• •Design and execute a variety of component and system tests
• •Conduct environmental testing, leak checks, and pressure testing
• •Perform small scale hotfiring tests
• •Manage personnel for the Test Operations Germany team
• •Oversee the budget for team activities and equipment maintenance
• •Plan short and long-term activities aligned with company strategy
• •Develop team competency in test operations and engineering methods
• •Act as the functional coordinator and expert for testing within AIT
• •Define best practice standards and create standard operating procedures
• •Enhance operational effectiveness and measure impact via KPIs
• •Manage team capacity planning to ensure coverage and wellbeing
• •Oversee time management, absences, and performance evaluations
• •Ensure test operations are conducted with minimal safety risks
