Anforderungen
- •Experience in US GAAP and/or IFRS tax accounting provisions
- •Understanding of ASC 740 and/or IAS 12 frameworks
- •Accounting or tax qualification (e.g., tax advisor, auditor)
- •Degree qualification
- •Experience in corporate tax across multiple jurisdictions
- •C1 level in German
- •Ability to develop and coach team members
- •Strong communication skills

Deine Aufgaben
- •Support preparation and review of global tax provisions under IFRS and US GAAP
- •Assist with tax reporting deliverables from controllers and tax managers
- •Contribute to US GAAP and IFRS disclosure preparation
- •Reconcile GAAP differences and maintain tax provision memoranda
- •Ensure compliance with internal controls, including SOX documentation
- •Act as the key client contact and build strong relationships
- •Identify and implement process improvements in tax provision and compliance
- •Monitor implications of new accounting standards and regulatory changes
- •Coordinate preparation of tax account reconciliations and related schedules
- •Standardize Group Tax Reporting processes for compliance
- •Contribute to improvements in tax reporting processes through design and control
- •Manage account resourcing, budget, and delivery
- •Support tax reporting for M&A transactions, including purchase accounting
- •Partner with internal tax, accounting, and finance teams
- •Mentor and develop junior staff on key tax concepts
- •Provide performance feedback and ensure quality standards
- •Develop and lead onshore/offshore teams for client service delivery
- •Set engagement strategies and connect clients with EY experts
- •Serve as an escalation point for client and internal teams
