## Your role at Dynatrace
The Manager of R&D Talent Acquisition is a member of the Global Talent team. In this role, you will have responsibility for strategy, service delivery quality, and performance of R&D Talent Acquisition. You will manage a team of 5 with the potential to grow in the next 1-2 years. In addition to executing the hiring plan, you will be responsible for executing and managing recruitment programs, processes and providing overall operational support as well as strategic input.
This role is a **Fixed Term Contract** expected for **2 years**.
**Tactical**
* Manage and align a team of recruiters to meet hiring plans and business priorities.
* Set individual and team goals with the business
* Support larger Talent Acquisition initiatives by ensuring continuity and successful delivery of services.
* Assure activities are conducted in compliance with corporate and local guidelines.
* Establish and utilize recruiting metrics to manage and continuously improve performance.
* Coach business leaders on recruitment strategy, programs, policies and procedures.
* Assess and identify root causes for process / recruiting inefficiencies and ensure the business and HRBP are informed on progress and outcomes.
* Serves as an escalation point for offer negotiations, relocation, sign-on bonus, and other requests as needed.
**Strategic**
* Be a partner, advisor and sounding board to the senior business leadership team on all recruitment related issues, processes, and initiatives
* Develops and maintains consultative relationships with the HR organization, collaborating with the HR Business Partners, business leaders, vendor partners and associated support staff.
* Assess the recruiting team and upgrade skill sets through training and coaching.
* Ensure recruiters have a strong understanding of the business, talent gaps and the unique needs of each client group.
* Coach, motivate, and develop recruiters to create a best-in-class experience for candidates and managers.
* Create a good standing for your team within the business and enable your team to enforce a great candidate experience.
* Recommend solutions to attract and hire top talent.
## What will help you succeed
* 7+ years’ recruiting experience, with some portion in a corporate (non-agency) environment.
* Minimum 2 years of management experience.
* Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to work, think and execute strategically.
* Strong working knowledge of applicable employment laws, industry practices, and be well versed in local and industry market conditions.
* Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful recruiting strategies
* Strong project management skills and proven ability to work under tight deadlines.
* Strong problem resolution and troubleshooting skills.
* Must be flexible & adaptable with a professional demeanor and strong business acumen.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workload required.
* Strong understanding of business drivers and be able to influence across the organization.
