  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • •5+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, or operations roles
  • •Strong leadership and people management skills
  • •Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, cost savings, and process improvements
  • •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Proficiency in supply chain management software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools

  • •Contribute to strategic plans for the supply chain function
  • •Analyze market trends to anticipate supply chain needs
  • •Lead and execute the S&OP Process for optimal service and profitability
  • •Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in processes
  • •Integrate efforts among Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
  • •Collaborate to assess the tactical Demand Plan for 12-18 months
  • •Define inventory targets and replenishment strategies
  • •Implement inventory optimization techniques to reduce excess stock
  • •Generate forecasts for suppliers and Global Procurement
  • •Work with Purchase Planning and suppliers to secure capacities
  • •Support the New Product Introduction Process in planning
  • •Optimize production planning to ensure timely material availability
  • •Manage stock levels of components and bikes within budget
  • •Improve KPIs related to supply chain performance
  • •Conduct performance reviews and root cause analyses
  • •Lead teams to implement process improvements and best practices
