Anforderungen

•Master’s degree in a relevant field
•Several years of professional experience in consulting, corporate strategy, strategic planning, business development, or new ventures, ideally within the automotive or battery industry
•Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation projects
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Ability to prepare clear, fact-based recommendations
•Demonstrated success in building and maintaining effective relationships
•Ability to influence and facilitate activities in global environments
•Strong and inspiring team player
•Collaborative mindset and ability to work in matrix organizations
•Excellent business judgment and professional standards
•Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
•Willingness to travel up to 15%

•Analyze market, customer, competitive, and technology trends
•Evaluate business models, growth opportunities, and strategic partnerships
•Identify Clarios’ positioning, gaps, and requirements
•Develop actionable strategies and tactics for growth
•Prepare structured analyses and presentations for senior leaders
•Support the yearly update of the EMEA multi-year strategic plan
•Collaborate with Finance and stakeholders to enhance planning processes
•Track progress and impact of strategic initiatives
•Lead selected cross-functional projects within the EMEA Strategic Plan
•Identify new strategic opportunities and cost-saving measures
