Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- •Minimum 10+ years’ experience in automotive electronics business development or related experience
- •Experience of selling Automotive Engineering Services with a focus on Embedded Software and Cloud
- •Proficiency over German and/or French languages
- •Proven experience in creating and executing business growth strategy
- •Prior experience in design and/or sale of Infotainment, Digital Cockpit, Telematics, ADAS, and Connected Services
- •Ability to work within a global matrixed organization and communicate at all levels
- •Existing relationships within automotive executive network in a related field
- •Master’s in Business Administration and/or additional qualifications
- •Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced/high-pressure environment
- •Ability to assimilate information quickly, efficiently, and accurately
- •Ability to take initiative while prioritizing and meeting deadlines
- •Flexibility with high degree of determination and perseverance
- •Excellent time management skills
- •Willingness to travel up to 25% of international travel
- •Willingness to work in Harman office, in Germany or UK

- •Develop and implement strategic sales action plans
- •Conduct market analyses to assess customer needs and pricing
- •Understand customer expectations and define internal targets
- •Monitor and evaluate competitor activities
- •Create unique selling points and value propositions
- •Define target customers and build strategic Account Plans
- •Identify key stakeholders and decision makers
- •Drive new pursuits and early engagement activities
- •Liaise with customer groups and related departments
- •Execute pursuit strategy for new business opportunities
- •Manage RFI/RFQ responses and commercial negotiations
- •Meet with key clients to deliver sales presentations
- •Assist customer leaders in maintaining relationships and closing deals
- •Represent the company at trade association meetings
- •Build a strong sales pipeline using Salesforce
- •Create accurate sales forecasts
- •Participate in executing the Automotive Engineering Services marketing plan
- •Review achievements and discuss changes in sales strategies with leadership
