Manager Product Assurance (f/m/d) **🚀 Challenge the Impossible​ ​** **Your mission** Join Beyond Gravity as a Manager Product Assurance and lead our quality initiatives in the Business Unit Electronic Solutions. Your mission will be to ensure the highest standards of product assurance and quality management throughout the entire project lifecycle, from development to final qualification. In this role you will: * Develop and cultivate a strong product assurance culture at the project level * Collaborate with Programs, Engineering, and Operations to ensure cost-effective quality execution * Lead non-conformance and failure investigations to uphold product requirements * Supervise product development and qualification for all quality aspects * Coordinate quality matters across international, multi-site, and cross-country programs * Execute product assurance programs in line with project milestones * Convert customer critical-to-quality requirements into internal specifications * Support and achieve final product qualification and contribute to customer and internal audits * Manage the local quality team **Your story** * Relevant experience in quality and continuous improvement * Higher education in Engineering or a related discipline * Knowledge of standards such as EN9100, ECSS, NASA, and MIL * Experience with quality preventive methodologies (e.g., 5Why, Ishikawa Fishbone) * Leadership experience is beneficial * Excellent communication skills in English and solid understanding of German * Both analytical and critical thinking alongside with  the ability to ask tough questions and represent Beyond Gravity's interests **Why join Beyond Gravity?** * **Work-Life Balance:** Our employees appreciate the flexibility in working hours and the possibility of additional days off through compensatory time (bridge days) * **Benefits:** Cafeteria, excellent coffee, health care offers, etc. * **Meaningful Work:** Our products help enable important missions in space that ultimately benefit humanity.
