- •9+ years of experience in life science or healthcare strategy consulting
- •Bachelor’s and master’s degree or equivalent
- •Experience working in sizable/multi-disciplined teams
- •Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills
- •Ability to adapt and learn quickly
- •Fluency in English (spoken and written)

- •Manage end-to-end delivery of consulting projects in supply chain and operations
- •Develop work plans and manage timelines and resources
- •Ensure high-quality outputs and coordinate with client teams
- •Build strong relationships with client stakeholders
- •Understand client operational pain points and objectives
- •Translate client needs into project scopes and solutions
- •Present findings and status updates to client sponsors
- •Conduct detailed analyses of clients' supply chain performance
- •Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements
- •Analyze the end-to-end value chain for inefficiencies
- •Support manufacturing and distribution strategy engagements
- •Evaluate impacts of network redesign scenarios
- •Assist clients in localizing production or outsourcing
- •Perform supplier assessments and cost-benefit analyses
- •Map out clients' distribution networks and logistics flows
- •Identify opportunities to reduce lead times and logistics costs
- •Work on specialized projects for cell and gene therapies
- •Develop scalable processes for high-value biologics
- •Lead workstreams to establish or refine S&OP processes
- •Define forecasting methodologies and set up S&OP meetings
- •Train client teams on scenario planning and inventory optimization
- •Execute lean and Six Sigma initiatives in operations
- •Run Kaizen workshops to streamline manufacturing processes
- •Guide and mentor junior consultants and analysts
- •Delegate tasks effectively and ensure rigorous analytical work
- •Collaborate with senior leaders to align project work with client strategy
- •Incorporate proprietary data and tools into solutions
